You are not going to get that on a 2GS unless you plan on transferring an RCF drivetrain and sensors into a 2GS. Traditional LSD's like the Supra are purely mechanical. The RCF diff uses electric motors, actuators, sensors, and software in additional to the mechanical part of the LSD. It's similar to if you had a 1947 plymouth and decided you wanted an anti-lock/stability control braking system on it as soon as ABS came out. Possible but way too much cash to make sense.
I agree, not going to happen without the modern controller modules, but as we learn more about it and how it works, maybe we will see aftermarket controllers.
The other problem, is the COST, would be insane I am sure from Lexus....

It would take a long time to develop a cost effective aftermarket controller that would be competent and usable on many platforms. The Lexus engineers are taking into consideration the weight distribution, center of gravity, wheelbase, wheel/tire diameter and weight, engine hp/torque maps, steering and suspension angles, etc... All of that changes on a 2GS. A lot of that changes from one 2GS owner to the next. Most people are going to just by a used RCF in 10 years instead of try to retrofit this to a 2GS. So the market would be too limited to try to create an aftermarket solution.
Most stock 2GS go for $3-8k these days. 17+ year old supra lsd's go for $1k. I don't even want to think about how much a TVD system would cost for a 2GS.
