And a frist timer in a Gs400, i am enjoying every bit of it. I was just wondering if you guys could give me some advice on rims. At this point I am rollin on some 20's but they gotta go. Any suggestions would be good

Get 19", but if you don't like the ride and want more comfort then 18". But 19" look the best on the GS, it's not too big and not too small, just right! If you want to get wheels, get SSR, Volk, and the good reliable brands that have met the codes for wheels. Also, you can look through the gallery to see what you like!

Hey goral welcome to the DUBS CLUB. What kind of 20's do you have? I am riding on 20's and seems fine to me.
Are your wheels bent?

Default I got 20' Limited rims 800 series

No they are not bent, everything is ok. i am used to 16' pathfinder rims that were tough as nails. On these 20's i gotta take it easy on the chicago potholes.
