I'm trying to track down a ton of electrical gremlins.
Only 1 door locks with the key or lock switch.
Door light is always on whether the door is shut or not.
Tail Light Lamp is always on, I think this might have something to do with previous owner swapped outer tails to LED.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
sounds like you have bad actuators in the door locks.
sounds like you have bad actuators in the door locks.... Agreed! just did motors all 4 doors clean contact inside actuator/bend contacts for better connection.
tail lamps changed to led will have the dash indicator on. its cause of the lower electrical load (usually indicating a blown bulb) but led's take less power to light it up

I know it might not be guaranteed, but cleaning the contacts inside the actuator and bending for better connections actually worked! Hope I'm lucky with this one.

I don't think that would cause the tails to still be on with car off. It could be a switch/relay stuck closed. Or bad connection, maybe you can unplug the tails and with a test light see if it still live. If its not, its probably the tails.
