i ran ebay spacers for a few years on my 96 nissan 240sx. 20 & 25mm.
the spacers were hubcentric and made for my car (correct hub OD, and thread pitch)
i thought and still think that if a company has 1000s of good reviews then its safe to run them.
it isnt cutting corners if the product is quality made, im speaking from experience. the studs were
grade 8/8.8 or above, if not 10+, i cannot recall.

You can get good quality spacers on ebay as well. If I were you just cough up a little more and get H&R brand. I had buddy who bought some cheap made in china spacers and the studs either snapped in half or the pressed side of the stud stripped to the point the nut would just continue to spin (making it a real b**** to take off)
