It is the lower control arm though correct? NOT the upper... I just hit the lca with some wd40 and my strut mount under the hood , just to see if it will quiet anything down so I can pinpoint, so tired of this, my mechanic can't find anything either....

I have replaced all bushings all ball joints/UCA (with the exception of motor mounts), I may start placing sensors to pinpoint if I can't find it soon....

I'm doing lower ball joints too, I don't care what my mechanic says I don't know if they were replaced and my popping sound is getting worse, now I'm getting nervous, I know its not my motor mounts it has to be a suspension problem, I took it to a Japanese shop by my house and he said its a suspension issue without a doubt, they were too busy to throw my car on the lift real quick, so iI'm gonna order ball joints tomorrow and do them first, another method of checking your ball joints I just came across is to jack up the wheel, take a pry bar under the tire, and put the bar under the tire and push off the concrete with leverage up under the tire simulating road force, you will clearly hear something if its the ball joint, this can be very effective as opposed to wiggling the tire, because our ball joints
could be bad on certain conditions like up and down (hitting bumps) as opposed to turning your wheel and hearing creaking and such.. Hope u guys can maybe use that method to check em.. If I replace everything and I still get it, I'm putting a camera mounted under there, I will find it or I'll drive it off a cliff...

Hey Flocko how did the motor mount replacement turn out? Any improvement?

Could this be something not even suspension related? It's obviously (at least for my case) happening when the suspension is normally loaded. Small bumps, cracks, etc. Could be hitting the natural frequency of another part , possibly from shocks transmitting vibrations instead of doing their job? I haven't looked to see what that could be trying not to count anything out yet.

Nice! Glad to hear it worked out for you, I'll get on motor mounts when I do the timing belt next week.
