At my wits end with front end noise
2005 LS 430 (100K on car) continues to make groaning and squeaking noises in sharp turns (into driveway, etc.).
I have replaced struts and bushings first, then lower ball joints each time thinking I was through with it. But after ball joints noise is back.
Any suggestions on what to do next? Guy that has been doing work for me has always been great, but I'm into this for $1700 so far with no success.
Thanks to all!!

The front lower control arm's are one of the most common and you can replace the bushes and not the whole arm. I also suggest front sway bar bushes. Would not hurt to to the rears while you are at it. Even though the sway bars bushes may not look bad they will be very soft after 100k miles.

Did you lube or replace the Sway Bar Bushings? These need to be lubed about every 30,000 miles/5 yrs. You have them front and back.
The previous owner of my 1992 SC400 complained in 95 of noises going over bumps and Lexus lubed the sway bar bushes front and back. A note from the mechanic said they were dry. I still do it to the Car every 5 yrs. I use a Synthetic grease.
The photo of the sway bar bushings. Old one on right after 158,000 miles, definitely worn compared to the new one.

2005 LS430 has a bushing in the lower control that is not sold separately.
Strut mounts or "Hats" make noise when they are worn.
$1700 on parts?
What parts have you replaced?

Part #48655 (lower control arm bushing in the pic) is sold separately, and is the most often changed front suspension part on the LS.

Mine would make a popping/cracking noise on very slow turns (in the driveway etc)

How many miles on your LS? The lower control arm bushings are sealed; can't be lubed. If you're going to the trouble of lubing sway bar bushings, you should replace them if they're old. Sway bar bushings are inexpensive. But if your lower control arm bushings have never been replaced, that is the primary cause of the noises you hear on sharp turns.

Lexus lubed sway bar bushings
Sway bar bushings on installed dry. This was Lexus Tech's resolution for my car with only 30k miles and 3 yrs old. Car making noises going over bumps.

And, the vehicle shown in the dealer receipts is not 3 years old. It's a 1992 SC 400 (DOF 1991) 25+ years old. All the more reason to change the bushings.

The dealer lubed sway bar bushings on a SC (under warranty) that were only 3 years old and had only 30K miles. This is not what a L dealer would do on a LS not under warranty that is 12 years old and 100K miles.
