Been wanting a gs400 for a couple of years, saved up some money and got one,....new to this forum but not new to customizing cars and trucks,...can't wait to make a few changes to my very clean 98 gs400
The rims are lame,...I hate almost anything enkie puts out,....they came with he car when I bought it,....I'll keep them for a winter set as it snows and is salty here half the time.
Yeah peel those pinstripes off. Use a heat gun or hair dryer for easy removal. Some 18" 06 GS430 wheel looks good on a white GS. Get those for the summer
the pin strips are gone,..only 5 bucks and an hours worth of work,...kinda a little to rice if you know what i mean,...im working on a summer set of wheels and tires...not sure if im gonna go chrome or some other finish....i will update some pics tomarrow or something of some recent led, and detail work
If the car has over 100K, definitely inspect those motor/tranny mounts and lower balljoints.
yea she has 180k on her,...the power train feels good upon full acceleration....how ever i do think its time for new shocks. and definetly a new harmonic balancer....
