Default Muffler Delete

Can anyone tell me what does ''muffler delete'' means? Is it some way like shaving your muffler, or is it a brand for a muffler. In any cases, I like the sound of this guys exhaust, and was just wondering what he did. Thanks in advance
Here's the link to the guys muffler delete.
