I just bought a Lexus 2002 GS300. The service engine light just came on, after already spending $1100 on mechanical issues not caught with the presale inspection. We have the following codes. Co226, co236, co246, co246, co256, c1228, c1241, c1233, c1223, po420. I can't find info anywhere to tell me how serious these issues are and what should be a priority or cost to repair. Can you give me any advice? Thanks
