Default Need help diagnosing a noise

2003 GS3

When I'm driving around bends, turns, braking, and hitting bumps, I get a grinding noise (it's a pulsating sound)

I'm guessing it'll be a wheel bearing? Can someone confirm this?

Lowered on DF springs, stock rest of suspension.

To check wheel bearings, lift car and see if the wheel moves, pretty simple.

Whens the last time you changed your brakes? Could be something as simple as the guard behind the rotor is bent and rubbing.

Try to get a video of the sound, crappy or not.

I haven't had time to lift it. I will this week hopefully. And my brakes were changed last year I believe. I did check the guard a few weeks ago when this came up, and it was fine. I'll try to get a video ASAP.

While you're at it, check your ball joints since you're lowered, could be that too.
