Default Installing New Component Speakers in GS300

I know that I am cheating right now by posting in this forum, someone did an AWESOME write up on installing polk audio components in a GS with the pre made speaker adapters from ebay. My car is apart, I have the adapters, and I am already stuck (not very electronics savvy). If anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it, 45 mins on google and nothing yet...

Good luck, its not really that hard at all, I would use lots of fat mat to prevent rattle, ill try and post some pics later. Also, Google gs300 speaker wire color to find out your positives and negatives.
