Default Need some help with a wiring issue

My car keeps blowing the 15a ECU IGN fuse in on the driver side fuse bus. It causes the brake and ABS lights to come on and wont allow me to move the shifter. Anyone have a clue what could cause this and what wires could possibly be shorting out?

Ok found the wires that are melted but don't know where they go. There's a gray plug that goes to nothing near the drivers side fuse buss. 7 black wires with red stripes and 5 green wires with white stripes go to it. The connector has a cap on it. The black wires that are melted go in to pins 8 and 5.

I don't know but maybe a picture is better than you trying to describe it.
