Default Re-Adjust Headlight Level

My headlights are pointing down toward the ground too much. I was wondering if there was a way that I could adjust this, or if I should have a professional do this.

It has been this way since I had my new headlights installed by a body collision place.

I always wondered this same question, I have factory HID's which are supposed to be auto leveling, but how does the dealer adjust the height? Do they use a special type of measuring tool to measure the cutoff beam?

You can be a certain distance from a flat wall and use that

Behind every headlight since probably the 70's (if not earlier) there has been "adjusters" back there to move the lights up and down.

Looks like this:

there are a total of 4 of them per headlight, (2 for the low beam, 2 for the high beam) one to go up and down, the other to go left and right.

Use an 8mm from the back side or use a phillps or flat head through the top (which is easier, but a bit slower)

Maybe I didn't word it properly or maybe you weren't responding to me but I know HOW to adjust it I just meant the proper way of measuring it

Thanks for the advice guys. I adjusted my low beams so now I can actually see a decent distance at night. I am going to take my car into the place that installed the headlights to have them get all the light in spec. (high and low beams). I'm pretty sure they just installed the new housings and did not perform any adjustments.
