Default Headlight adjustment

On a 93 ES300, How do you adjust the headlights horizontally. My driver side low beams are pointed too much towards the right. I adjusted the screws behind the light and they only move the lights up and down...

If you have the owner's manual for your car, look up the section on "headlight adjustment" and you should find the self-explanatory answer. You'll need the same tool to adjust left/right as the one for up/down (it's either an 8 or 10mm socket wrench).

the same type bolt, just this one has a plastic piece on it that looks like a meter to help you in your aiming.

no, there are two adjusters... one adjusts the up and down of the whole headlight, and the other adjusts the left and right of the whole headlight...
