I noticed my lock button on my remote wasnt beeping and found out it was because the rear passenger side door wasnt locking, if I lock by hand and then push lock it beeps as it should. My rear driver side door then started this morning. Anyone have a fix for this?

 

If you haven't recently had that door panel off to do some work in the door, then it sounds like the door lock actuator. Common on these cars.

 

Have not done anything to the doors. Do you know of any guides I can follow for door removal and actuator replacement? Guessing I can buy the part at autozone?

I would buy it new from Lexus, that's where I get mine. Best ones. Cost about the same as aftermarket rebuilt ones, go figure.
