Door Locks

The rear passenger side door lock on my 2000 ES-300 will not open or close electronically. I have to manually push the button on that door to get it to lock or unlock.
Any ideas what to do? Thanks.

Yes. I just realized it yesterday. I can hear a click in the door when I push the remote, but the lock does not move.

only way to find out is to take off the door panel and see whats wrong inside.
