replacing the parking light bulb (194)

Stupid lexus put a wire in the way of the drivers side so I can't twist the socket out.
Do I have to take the headlight off to get to it now?
Can I get away with loosening the headlight somehow?

just remove the top cover for the computer and you can get to the bulbs no need to remove headlights
