Default remote settings, programming and button question

I bought an uncut additional remote for my car and it didn't come with reprograming setitng, is it pretty easy to do? Also I looked this up on the FAQ and under the setting on how to get your remote to do things like one touch unlock all doors, the chart called something like "c-settings" is not working anymore. It's a broken link. Anyone have a current one? Also this is probably a stupid question, but with the sport, normal, snow button, and the VSC button, do you have to be stopped to switch the buttons without damage or can u switch these to different settings while your driving?

Thanks in advance,
Scott

Ide like to know the answers to these questions definitively, but I'm pretty sure only the dealer can change the c-settings

While driving, I've switched between normal and power mode before without any problems. I just let my foot off of the gas first.
