Default Key Fob Questions

I know, I know, search search search. But, I wasn't able to find exactly my situation. I just bought 4 new keys to replace the almost broken ones for my GS and IS. Here's my questions...

1 - Once I have the keys cut, can I just move the 3 button fobs over to the new ones and expect them to work 100% or is there something else that needs to be programmed?

2 - I have an extra wrong cut key and fob that the previous owner gave me. Can I use that fob on my GS just by doing the door shut/open trick?

Thanks for the help!

Sorry bro, to clarify, I can move those over without having anything else to program and just the keys cut?
