Default Tire Size

Hey guys I've searched a few threads and im in the market for tires. I recently picked up a set of XiX wheels they are 20x8.5 +32 offset and a rears are 20x10 +38 offset. I was told from a buddy of mine to run 225 35 20 in the front and a 235 35 20 in the rear. Im open to peoples opinions also, the car is lowered on DF210s and later down the line I wiill be picking up a set of Bielstein sports. BTW I also have a access to a fender roller. So that wont be an issue.

Any help would be great .
Thanks.

Looks like your buddy is right. You should do a 255/35/20 in the rear though.

if your running 10s in the back I don't see why you're not running at least 265 or 275 in the back

Your good with 245/35 or 255/35. how low are u gonna lower it . Most guys here run those sizes because we are extremely low and stretch the tire to get more clearance.

I plan to stay on the DF 210s and later down the line install the Beilstein shocks ...

If you want proper tire sizing you should have 245/30R20 front and 275/30R20 in the rear. And if you want to run a mild stretch you should run 225/35R20 front and 255/30R20 in the rear. These are proper specs and proper overall diameter for your car.

DO NOT run 245/35 front or 255/35 rear

Actually, 275/30 would be too tall for the rear if you are talking about OEM specs. 245/30 would be close to OEM diameter up front but will be about 1" taller in the back. Part of the problem of running a 30/25 combo is that there is little sidewall and many won't like that.

I run a 35/30 combo on my Lex and just deal with the issues of it being 1" too tall. I do run 30/25 on another car that has air and that one rides fine, even with the smaller sidewall.
