Default ~~Modification Regrets~~

I do realize there is a thread rating mods people have done but I am asking for the absolute regrets, such as not worth the money or bad circumstances occurred after the install

This would be solely based on someone's bad experience and cannot be transfered to the general public.

Some people may have had bad experience with some mods, while others
are running perfectly with 'em...

As for my mods, no regrets... just a lot of money.

Only regret someone would have is not going another direction, but that can be changed. If someone truly regrets modding, they truly werent a car enthusiast

i am a true car enthusiast, and deeply regret putting "track" shocks on my daily driven gs. what was i thinking.... these cars are for comfort cruising, not racing. dealt with them for a year, now its time for something new.

my regret would be going with springs to lower my vehicle instead of coils. i live in a state that snows every season & i cannot drive it period the second it snows over a few inches. if i had the coils i couldve raised it to oem height.

No regrets. I only mod what I can afford.

I am at the age were putting mods on a daily driver is a waste. On a non daily driver/toy yes.

I regret not getting stiffer spring rates on my Coilovers. 12k/10k is just not stiff enough for my liking.

Very well said^^^. If you mod it and dont like it, thats not to be regreted but better known as a learning experience. If you turbo charged your engine and then blew it up, that shouldnt be a regret type of modd just one you didnt execute well thats all and learn from it and move on.
