Since Since you are purchase a new set of rim... always make sure they can clear the SupraCaliper...just in case later on you decide that you want that performance caliper.. you will not regreet because of the Rim did clear.. I know.. when I made the mistake purchase the L-Tuned 17" for the winter tires... can't clear that god dame performance SupraTT Caliper...
If I were you I would consider getting some wider tires...atleast 8.5" wide all around. My car has 8.5' front and 9.5" rears and they fit great. Some CL members have rear tires as wide as 10 inches.
There are plenty of people more knowledgable then I am on this subject, but I think it is next to impossible to find a decent set of wheels for $1000. You would be much better off spending $2000 and getting some better quality wheels.
Thi si strue. unless u are getting an incredible deal on the rims, they might be knockoffs (please don't get mad at me as thi sis coming from someone who knows nothing about rims). heck, i'd take rims for $2000-----> My 18x9 and 18x10Blitz Z2 rims r setting me back around $2750.
