Lightbulb Maybe it's me or the car!

I'm seriously thinking about selling my 99 GS300, partly due to high milage it's around 163,xxx close to 164.The only thing wrong with the car is just caster arm bushing,a dent here and there and a few scratches from normal daily driving, but i'm also thinking about putting it on coils, but I don't think it's worth it, because of the high milage. The problem is that I really don't know what to get into as my next car...because i love the body style of the car, but the high milage is tempting me to sell it. Any suggestions ?

As always it depends on your budget. You could move up to a low-mileage GS430 and leave it stock. Or, if your 300 is stock you could do a budget build and put some lowering springs in it, new wheels and a bit of bodywork. I sense you don't want to get crazy dollar-wise whatever route you take. This assumes you've kept up with regular maintenance and anticipate no big fixes.

Unless you are looking to make a major step up to a much newer and higher end car, I say keep it. The value of a 99 GS300 with that many miles is not that much. At this point I think you might as well keep it and run it into the ground, then just throw it away and buy the new car at that point.

yeah as a college student, i'm a very strict budget, i mean it's not completely stock, i have a set of 18's from the g35, thats powder coated black, the mirrors with puddle lights, and some 8k in low beams 6k in fogs, and led tails...the next thing would be coils, and the tte replica, if i keep the car, which makes more sense, i know it doesn't have alot of resale value, so i might as well keep it till it dies on me.
