Default Help on installing a lip

i just bought a fiberglass replica tte lip. what is the best way of installing it? i heard that 3m is not recommended. im afraid if i use epoxy that it will damage the paint. any suggestions?

search man, it's been covered. i used tape, epoxy and screws. but the only reason it's still in place is because of the screws. i put 8 in total 1 in each corner and 6 on the underside.

i have 2 screws on the ends in the wheel well and then it is glued to the bumper with windshield epoxy............. its never coming off
