Default Need help mounting lip, please!

OK, don't flame me. I have a replica TTE lip and I am trying to mount it. I will add some screws but right now I can't get it to stick. I tried Loctite plastic epoxy (5 of them) and sanded the bumper. I would like some type of epoxy but will I have to do double sided tape? Any tips on attaching this lip or fiberglass lips in general. I want to get it done today so I appreciate any info, thanks.

I would say 3m tape and screws. I don't know about the replica would break, but that's how i hold my tte lip.

Lots and lots of tape to hold it on while it's drying. Theres an epoxy that about every autozone has that they use to put on windshields. USE THAT! Also jam stuff under the lip while its drying tooo.
