That first issue, does it only happen when you use the auto up? If so, then you need to reset the regulator. As for the second problem, there are tons or write ups on this. Try a little searching.

2nd your front wheels tires are bad or just need a balance.
the 2nd one has probably more to do with either bad ball joints,loose steering rack , control arms, or blown out castor bushings. the easy fix most the time is control bushing kits from TM engineering. it IS possible to be the wheels are bad or need a balance but typically not
