Default Window Problem.... Help.

The other day I change the battery in the car and now the driver’s window is doing something unusual. When I press for the window to go up it would reach the top, bump and come back down about quarter of the way. It’s behaving like an auto jammer or if an obstacle was in the way. Now I have to bring the window up slowly to have it properly lock. Any suggestion for a fix?

search around, you need to reset / cycle through all the windows one by one.

probably need to do that for the moonroof too

Try to reinitialise the power windows using the following procedure from the 2011 Owner's Manual:

1. Hold the power window switch in the one-touch closing position. Continue holding the switch for a further 6 seconds after the window has closed.

2. Hold the power window switch in the one-touch opening position. Continue holding the switch for a further 2 seconds after the window has opened completely.

3. Hold the power window switch in the one-touch closing position once again. Continue holding the switch for a further 2 seconds after the window has closed.

4. If you release the switch while the window is moving, start again from the beginning.
If the window continues to close but then re-open slightly even after performing the above procedure correctly, have the vehicle inspected by your Lexus dealer.
