my passanger side window goes down twise as slow as the drivers side one on my 97sc300. it goes down fine the first couple of inches but then it feels like its getting stuck in the middle somehow and the last couple of inches its fine again. what could be the problem? motor?regulator?anything else.

 

most likely the regulator.

 

Get some lithium grease and lube it all up.
