Default DIY LED 3rd brake light.

**UPDATED** on post 17. Redid them with Roachez SMD LED strips and also converted the bumper marker to parking / turn signals mod got these LED strips $3.50 shipped for the pair.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2-x-2...Q5fAccessoriesthe 2 fits perfect inside.very to installed.there are 3 wire on the 3rd brake light white is ground and the red positive the black is also positive you can use black or red wire.and on the LED the 2 wires a copper one and silver the copper is + and silver is -. I use clear packing tape to mount the LED strips behind the red lens for now.what you guys think

buy a piece of abs sheet and hot glued the strips to the abs.

The lights match your outer tailights. also cool is the center two smaller lights are gone.it gives your gs a much cleaner look.

wondering bout the 3 wire hook up.....what was the 3rd wire to? i just bought 2 btw....i didnt pay what u paid...

i paid $2.00 for 2 pair and $4.98 for Shipping & handling. total of US $6.98 for 2

Great addition for those with no spoiler w/leds... I bought the same ones for my license plate; I do not recommend! not bright enough for license plate, gotta buy the $24 for the good ones but for this third brake light mod, gotta give an A+

i figured out what to do with my strip of leds. i am using it in my trunk and it looks pretty good. one strip on each side

I put a 39" smt strip in the trunk as well .
