ok-i have used the search option already and tried the options in it and nothing!!

Ok so all of the sudden last night my keyless entry stopped working,tried the reset options(door open and lock button sequence) but nothing at all. My driver door button doesnt do anything unless the car in turned to on or running, and unless the driver door is closed the doors will lock and then unlock immediately, but if i close the drivers door and hit the lock button on door they lock. Everyonce in awhile the key fob will unlock the doors and trunk but not lock. I put in a new battery but still the same.

Help please!!!!! 2001 gs430

 

really not 100% sure...as the problems u described could be a few thing. bad remote, could be a bad door ecu, or ?

what part of AR u in?

 

got it fixed-follow the problems back to the multiplex and then did continuty test and realized the multiplex fuse was blown, some how even though the fuse was bad it would still operate the unlock functions.

its in the long fuse box in the engine compartment it is marked MPX, but yes i will get tha info for you.
