Default 1999 Gs300 keyless entry help

I have search high and low and tried all the versions of the program technique. And I think I got like 80% close to success . Here's what I did and what happen : locked all doors
Opened driver door and unlock
Key in the ignition and out
Lock and unlock 5 times each with manual switch
Close and open door
Lock and unlock 5 times wack again
key in ignition and turn to on and take key out
Locks automatically cycles once! Yay.
Hold lock bottom on remote for more then one sec. Nothing.
Let go and press lock button after holding for a few secs. Locks cycles 2times . Humm.
Open and close driver door. Hold lock button for a sec or 2 press again .
Lock cycle twice again....,I can do this all day.
Close door and hold button and press hazard flashes like 5 times and lock cycle twice.
No longer can hold remote and press. Nothing happens have to repeat whole process again.

Please help if you got some other tips. On a side note I just replaced all of my acuator motors. So all the locks works fine. Thanks in advance
