Default Hi, new here

Whats up guys. Just picked up a 99 GS300 in Chicago. I dont know much about these cars, but I am learning. Has 122k, black on black, lowered with Stance coil-overs, has aftermarket exhaust and a 3-piece spoiler already as well as a mercedes looking grill i am not crazy about lol. All in all a pretty decent car, paid 7g's for it. Look foward to being on this forum.

Welcome to CL.

You'll learn plenty of stuff here, I know I have. Take the time to introduce yourself and pics of the car is a must.

welcome aboard

make sure to read the stickies, and if the car has not already had the balljoints replaced, please do that. Read the sticky in the suspension section about this asap!

the spoiler actually looks nice in person. I wasnt a fan by the pics either. I hate the grille much more...it just needs some wheels to go with the overall look. Any suggestions? And the fogs just have tinted film over them...i think it will go soon.

yes it does, the previous owner did quite a bit to it. so it saves me some money lol. I bought it at the BMW store in Chicago, so at least somebody with money owned it before me lol. Has lots of Lexus service records for maintence. Timing belt has been replaced twice, lower ball joints once at 60k (i want them checked again), and lots of oil changes so i feel like it is a pretty good car. Only had it a week, but drove it from chicago to ky with no problems (about 4 hour drive)
