Default Help HID problem!

I notice today that my driver side HID light has faded to a pink looking color. Any else run into this problem? I stop by the dealer and they really didn't understand why its doing it. They want to put a whole new headlight assembly in.......NOT! I think it is a balancer problem. Please someone help me out.

I ask my friend at Lexus a similar question, and he told me that sometimes the "I forget what he called it" but its convert the power thingee goes bad.
You should take it back to the dealership and have them replace both sides, tell them that the new one will be brighter than the old one, in your eyes atleast, then you don't have to worry if the otherside is going to crap out later...

Not everyones GS is still under warranty. If it is out of warranty try switching ballast to see if it lights up properly.

The ballast converts the 12 vdc from the car to 25,000 volts to power the HID bulb. If you follow the cable from the HID bulb for about 6 inches it will go to the ballast. They don't look very easy to switch around, but it might be worth the effort. I would switch the bulbs first. This a relatively easy procedure, less than five minutes and will eliminate a bulb problem....
