Default Too Much Pressure!!!

I was leaking power steering fluid out of the boots due to some loose clamps. Now I've tightened up the clamps and now there is WAY too much pressure in the system and both boots on driver and passenger side are over-expanded. I've followed the instructions for bleeding the system and that didn't help, still too much air and fluid causing over-expansion of the boots. I'm at a loss, looking for some direction, any suggestions??

Default you are crazy

The boots do not contain the fluid, or shouldn't anyway. The reason you have fluid in the boots is because the seals at both ends of your rack are leaking. You need to replace the rack. The boots are there to prevent grit and dirt from getting to the seals, not to contain the fluid.

Good luck and take it to the dealer. DO NOT PUT IN AN AFTERMARKET RACK UNLESS YOU LIKE DOING THINGS TWICE.
