Key Problems

Ok the shell on my key broke and I've ordered a new shell with a blank key and no transponder. Now my question is when I get my new shell can I just swap the transponder and the original key into the new shell without having to re-program the key?

If the case itself broke, then you should not have a problem. You would only need to get the key cut
