Mod ideas???
I'm 17 and my first car is my dad's old champagne/tan/gold 2002 GS300
. He had it completely stock, except when he bought it, he had the dealership swap the rims with another car, so now mine has chrome rims. They're nothing too special, but they are Lexus, not aftermarket. I tinted the windows, 35% for the front two, 20% for the back and rear. I'm planning on painting my calipers black and putting "Lexus" in silver on the front two and the Lexus logo on the back two. I have about $800 to spend, but I'm not sure what to do. Any ideas? I'm looking for performance as well as just making it look clean

35% visible Light (More Light) and 20% visible light (Less light) sounds correct to me.

$800.00 huh...Go for a set of Coil Overs or a Spring/Strut combo to lower your ride. That is the first step in cleaning up the look of these cars in my opinion.
By the way:New members are required to post pics of their ride or we will go to your house and put "Fear This" and "NOS" stickers all over your car.

By the way welcome to CL! Wee need pics!
I agree with Debonair, a set of coilovers would be nice. You could get a set of Megans for about $850-$900 from a CL vendor. Although a TTE lip would be nice too, and you could even do another mod as well.

Haha please...no "fear this" stickers lol. And it's raining, or I would go take pics. And I forgot to mention that I made the stock grill chrome....I know it sounds cheap and ugly, but I went to autozone and got chrome trim, but it honestly looks good, you can see when I post pictures maybe tonight, or def tomorrow. I also forgot to mention that I wired red and blue flashing lights into the grill, so I can play Mr. Policeman when I want to scare some friends...keep the ideas coming.

Welcome Dunbar43, I would lose the red & blue flashing lights as you run the risk of the real deal police pulling you over for that. As most have stated, consider lowering the car first.
