Heyhey how good are the G-TECH pros? Are they really accurate and easy to use? I found it for 129 shipped, is that a good price?

It's very easy to use. I could show you how to use it if you want since we leave pretty close. I forgot how I bought mine, somewhat between 100 to 150 dollars.

Talking Accurate Enough

Globe - The G-Tech tends to be rather optimistic compared to drag strip times but as long as U keep the test parameters the same, I can't think of an easier way to see if any modifications have produced results. Hard to beat the convenience, too. I ran my 'Vette down a strip while using a Vericom 2000 ( kinda the fore-runner to the G-Tech ) & it was consistently showing results .1 to .2 better than the track equipment but close enough for me. I paid $139 about 2 years ago from Summit racing so U've found a good price.

its good, and very easy to use. i got mine for 139 us, i called g-tech direct. i think its stronget features are the lateral g's 1/4mile (plus 0-60). the power measuring is terrible, i've gotten readings from 67HP to 225HP, but then again my weight has been very off, i have to figure it out, until then, i'll rely on the dynos!

Sasha,

I believe the power measured by G-Tech is the horsepower on the wheels thus it would be smaller than the engine horsepower.

That's weird. There is only 1 kind of G-Tech in the market, isn't there?
