Default is it possible?

I have a gs430, I wanted to know if the is a way to lower the RPMs at cruising speed. Is there a way to make the 5th gear longer? Right now I can cruise at 75 at like 2500 rpms or so. Is it possible to get that down to lower that? I want to gain some MPG's on highway cruises. Will this affect my other gears and how they shift?

My older G35 sedan was the same way, and it guzzled the gas. The 6 speed technology helps. Unless you plan on some solid mods to the transmission I would say there is not a lot you can do other than slow down to save gas
