Here are my taillights. Red-tinted. Something different than smoked or cleared. And alot more cost-effective and fool-proof.

I have to agree with GlobeCLK, cost-effective, easy to do, and looks awsesome! Here's mine on the new tail light.

It's okay I guess. Might be kinda weird, I don't know. But if you smoke the reverse light you'll get in trouble for them I think. It's possible.

The first picture's center is actually light pink, just like if you look into the reverse part of your stock light.

The clear is certainly nice. But it also costs about 100 times more than if you make it red like my car. You should also check the quality of it if you plan on buying it from someone. All of those clear GS taillights out there are not made that way. They are all stock light assemblies, taken apart and cleared, then put back together. You should check if they're safe and have good quality before you get them.

cong, looks sweet.

Those look like '01s - did you apply the red tint in addition to the 01s, or just the '01s by themselves? Silly question maybe, just want to be sure.

You may have just made my next upgrade / mod decision.

Cong,

That looks nice!!

How'd you get it to go around the small reverse light so nicely?

I know that there is a thin orange area surrounding the clear reverse light part, so you put the red film over that part too?

Was it 1 piece of film or multiple?

Thanks!
