Default Need help disabling daytime running lights...

Does anyone know how to disble the DRL's? I tried doing it by following the DIY link but it didn't work http://bananags.netfirms.com/GS_DIY/DRL/
Now after removing that piece I don't know what that'll do to my car lol! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm not sure I follow you. You DID remove the metal piece and the lights still are on?

I know what happened. Put the metal piece back in and look to the right side of the fuse box by the drivers side wheel. there should be a thing with two plugs going into it rite next to each other. disconnect the left side. then presto, no more DRL
