Very well said jbrady, and that's exactly what I've been thinking about doing. Darrel was off today, but I sent him a polite email explaining the situation. I want to see if there is anything he can do first. Thank you all for your comments. I'll let everyone know what ends up happening.

It's a shame to have bad service on my first time using them. They have such great prices and everyone on this board swears by them. I certainly want to be fair and I don't want to screw them for any money that I owe, but I expect to be treated fairly as well.

FIXED

Well, I did as everyone suggested and I contacted Darrel. We only spoke through e-mail, but I could tell he was a very sincere and super nice guy. He went above and beyond to help resolve the situation and I can't thank him enough.

I appreciate everyone's help. The issue was fixed and I'm definately satisfied with the result.

Hmmm... I may need to buy some sway bar bushings from them.

Nice! I'm glad things worked out. Darrel is always the man to count on.
