Default Popping when turning and braking

I currently have a 07 LS460. I've been rather happy with my car, until now. Over the last month I've developed a popping noise when turning left and braking. I took the car to my local import specalist, there it was determined that my lower ball joints were going bad. After a few day of looking and calling around...I can't find them! Lexus says I have to replace both steering knuckles because the ball joints are pressed in! I refuse to believe this! Is there anywhere I can just buy the lower ball joints without the knuckle? Any help will be highly appreciated.

I just ordered some a few months ago on ebay... make sure they are for the 460 and not the 430. They are pressed in but are replaceable.

Yes they can be replaced, check out if you can get a TRW lower ball joint as they make most of the ball joints for Lexus.

Find yourself a good Toyota/Lexus independent mechanic. If you're up in North MS near Memphis, I'll give you a name of a place that does great reasonable priced work.

They're around $40 bucks and can be pressed in.
