I found a 1998 GS400 I am trying to get. It has 112K miles and fully loaded (navigation, xenon etc). Silver on gray leather. I can pick it up for $7500 is this a good price? Anything I should look into? I have 1993 Lexus GS300 so I know few things about Lexus cars my GS300 has 230K miles so I take care of cars. Thank you all.

So what would be an awesome price to you 3k. The car is a lexus not a civic.

ask if they have service or maintenance records for the car. that price is real nice if the car was maintained and taken care of

About 3 months ago, I picked up my 98 GS 400 (silver on black) with 105k miles loaded but without nav and xenon. I grabbed it mostly because it had a full Lexus service history down to the license plate bulbs and timing belt. Paid ~$7,900 for it in Milwaukee after a rough negotiation period. I felt pretty good, though!

Good price yeah, good car who knows.. it all depends on condition.. some options are nice to have on the GS4 esp. the Nav and Xenons.. 17"s and rear spoiler are nice too.. Besides the timing belt another expensive job is the starter so ask about that.. about $700+.. Good luck..

Well it is a SAAB dealer so they don't know anything about maintenance. The car has xenons, yellow fogs and stock navigation but no 17" wheels only 16" stock and no spoiler on trunk.

Everybody talking about 7500 is too much, lol if that man wants navigation he can get one installed instead of being stuck with the factory navigation. Compare 7500 to 11.5k thats a 4 thousand dollar difference and please stop talking about mileage because if the body it in good condition and no damage he is good, a matter of fact he could throw a 2jz up in the bay and mileage wont matter. Look at all these people on here with old *** 92 sc coupe and when then drop a motor in that 200k+ chassis they ask for 19k-20k for a damn coupe that was out when Micheal Jordan was in his prime. How come I dont see people complain about mileage then. LOL straight comedy penny pinchers acting like this was a civic on honda-tech.
