Default Help with shift solenoid and how to replace?

Hey guys, been away for a while, I got the code P0763 showing a problem with a shift solenoid C. It used to go away and come back but now it is back permanently. I even bought a OBD II code reader to clear it but it won't clear. Are there any detailed instructions on how to replace this solenoid and where can I get one and for how much? Thank you guys so much. Gotta repair this before inspection in a few days.

The CEL light will go off after 3-5 starts unless it is happening often.

I can tell you it will run you about $700 at Lexus for 2 solenoids installed and requires the removal of the transmission pan.

I think one of the solenoids is wide open, like an open circuit. I say this because I bought a more expensive code reader with freeze frame and it read the status of the car at the point the code was triggered and apparently the code gets erased and then is immediately triggered without starting the car or anything leaving me to think that it is a loose connection or something.
