I hope this is the right forum for this, but I have a 2001 GS 430 non ML stereo. Sometimes all the speakers on the right side cut out or go very low in volume. The speakers will then have some static on the right side and come back on. Sometimes they won't come on and I will turn the volume **** up fast and the speakers will come back to normal. I don't know if there is a short, or if an amp is going out. This doesn't happen all the time, maybe every other day. Anybody have a clue what is going on?

 

the radio is messing up inside....mine was doing it on the left side..I ended up unplugging the left front side that was messing up and tapping it in to the left rear side that wasnt messing up....so in theory...both left sides are really left rear...now ive havent had the problem since

 

my 98 GS4 does the same thing. it's just loose wiring. take it to a lexus stealership and they'll fix it for you.

 

Hello Group...I have a 98 gs400 with the same problem...my FR speaker keeps going out and I tapped into my RR speaker and now there both out....What do I do?

 

Can someone provide the color coding for the wiring on the GS400 Nakimichi system....Maybe that's the problem...I think I had the right speaker because it sounds real good for a while and now its out again..
