well, im just wondering how the rim will look once there are spaces on either the front or back? the rotor and rim sit nice together. but if you were to ad a spacer how would it look does it look like there is a space between it, or do the spacers actually have the same radius as the rim does against the rotor?????, sorry for the dumb question but just wanted to know how they look... and if any one has pics of spaces installed..
thanks j stuff, for the input, i have seen how they are flush with the fenders, but my main concern is how they look installed. like a close up of the spacer itself pressed against the rim and rotor
I've been running spacers for a very long time, with different spacer widths and different aftermarket wheels. And not once have I looked or check if it's the same size as my wheels or rotors.
well i just wanted to know if you can tell you have spacers just by looking at the center or the rims, meaning if you look at the place where the rim meets the rotor and bolts, can you tell if you have a spacer? is there a big or small shiny piece sticking out or tucked in between the two..
Not all spacers have the same diameter and not all aftermarket wheels have the same diameter on the inner mounting surface, so the only way to tell is if someone has the same wheels and the same spacers as you do.
would there be any way if you could take a quick pic of your setup. i just wanted to see what a spacer would look like, and what options you have as far as spacers, ie. is there different diameters you can get according to the rim, are there color options, material options, etc... thx for the input...
Poy ... You have ran spacers on your car as a daily right ?
whats the max spacer you have ran and would recommend as a safe set up ... for my rear to be flush .. its like a +25 and the front would be like +30 ... with those huge numbers wasn't sure if it was safe ..

Yes, I do run spacers on a daily basis. The most I've done is 25mm.
I've seen 2"-3" spacers on 4X4s and rock crawlers, which takes more abuse than what we can ever do on our cars. So just as long as you get a good high quality part that is hubcentric, then 25mm and 30mm shouldn't be a problem.

I'll try to find a pic, but it's going to be hard to see. Most of my wheels so far had been dish type wheels, so it's always been out of sight.
