I just mix some liquid steel or similar 2 part epoxy and take a toothpick to apply it around the edges. I let it sit for a bit with rubber bands around it until the epoxy sets.

Door lock actuator motor part number - 2gs
Quoting the info above for future searchers. The manufacturer and part number above are exactly what you need to search on ebay if you want to simply replace your door lock actuator motors on a second gen gs300, gs400 or gs430.

I just completed this DIY and it worked perfect. I simply purchased the motor on eBay. Bellevue Lexus wanted around $600 to do this job. I did it for $20 (I bought the gear puller tool).
A couple things I ran into:
1) When "cracking" open my case, it literally cracked on the edge, right where one of the screws go through. This didn't affect anything really (see #2 below).
2) I used a hot glue gun to re-seal the case.
3) I did not remove the window and it was super-easy. It was in the all-the-way-up position the entire time.
4) Once the case was opened up, I noticed a lot of grease on the contacts and some of the grease around one of the contacts had a dark spot (shorting?). I cleaned up the contacts before sealing back up the case.
What an awesome DIY! Dealers must hate it.

just wanted to say a huge thanks to the contributors to this thread!
this video also helped a lot
note: no need to remove window and therefore no need to remove speakers.
I ended up using a hammer and a crowbar to remove the coupler.

when i lock or unlock the car with remote or turn the key on the door, it doesnt lock and unlock all doors. it lock and unlock randomly, sometimes front or rear only, sometimes passenger or driver side only or cross around. no aftermarket alarm or anything. is this because of door actuator? or something else. dont want to tackle the job and its not the door actuator. thx in advance.
