Bigbea,

If memory serves me correctly, the right side is a piece of cake. Look at the bulb and you'll see the wiring to it, now follow that back to the bulb, their is a plug that you turn to the right or left (can't remember that part) but it twists off.....at this point that wiring is seated in a groove just pull it away from the groove and there you have the bulb available for exchange. Now the drivers side is the same process but if you have big hands good luck. I ended up taking the bumper off to do it right, I guess I have big hands Let us know how it turns out.

Pop your hood, look for the clip that is holding in the wedge bulb. Now do a Quarter turn and pull the harness thing out. Next pull the bulb out and put in the new one. The drivers side is kinda hard unless you have some baby hands like mine.

My hand are gigantic. I was tryin to get the pass side and it guess I had to pull the wiring more. My big *** is always afraid of ripping the damn thing right out. I guess I don't realize my size. I'm a pipe fitter and when I first started they tell me to tighten down screws tight and I break them in half.

LOL, I've got the same problem. I went from easy to work on V8's in big engine bays to the Supra with everything cramped in there and with my big claws, my hands either don't fit where I need them or I over guestimate the strength needed to do something and end up breaking it... So I feel your pain bro. I've already borderline ruined a couple things on the GS from this problem

Yeah, Bea is a tall guy and now we learn he has gigantic hands. That may work against you but not so much for the passenger side. It's the driver's side which is gonna cause you problems cuz it's crazy tight in there. Good luck with that.

bigbea-i have small hands. the passenger side was a breeze for me-done in a few minutes. the drivers side took me about 45 minutes. it was tough trying to figure out which way to unscrew too. anyways, if i recall correctly, if you look at your car standing from the front at the drivers headlights, at about your 1 o'clock, there's a black box-unscrew those bolts holding it down and it will give you a bit more space to maneuver. it wont give you much-not even with my small hands, it barely helped. but it might help.

just my 2 cents and hope if works out for ya!

One more wouldnt hurt....this is where a female comes in really "handy"

Took me a while to get the second one in while losing one bulb in the engine bay. Also, the really bright blue bulbs that lextasy sells...got a ticket for those..so just a heads up

Good choice on the m4's (Polarg hybrids right??) I have them on my car as well as polargs all around -(side markers, highs, lows, fogs, rear signals, etc. I've always loved the look of these bulbs. Before my gs i had a 98' Prelude which also had them as well. I can definitely see where you're coming from about the difficulty of changing those bulbs out. I don't even have what you'd call big hands, and i thought my hand was going to turn purple the way i had to wedge it in there to get at the bulb. lol

Do you have the part number for the highs, fogs, and rear signals? Where did you get them?

I had the same issue. Atleast it sits in the housing right.
