Default Help with wedge bulb install

After reading the thread about replacing the wedge bulb, I got my self a pair of Polarg M6. On the first attempt, I manage to bust the bulb. It didn't take much pressure to break these bulbs and the wire for the wedge bulb is very tight. On the second attempt, I busted the other one as well, so I ordered three more just in case.

I realize that for the left side, it is a lot easier to install the bulb with the air intake off. The right side seems almost impossible to replace unless you take the black box off. Since I don't want to take the chance of breaking any more bulbs, can anyone tell me what that black box behind the right highbeam is and how I can remove it to replace the wedge bulb?

Thanks for any advise.

Dae

I replaced my bulbs several times and never broke bulbs and never had to remove anything either.

I guess you have to be careful and not FORCE anything in. I know what you mean, there is not much room for bulb removal but it is doable without removing anything else.

Good luck.

Have someone w/ small hands (your wife, girlfriend, mistress or all 3 help you) do it.
