Default Headlight problem

I know this has been intorduced in many threads...and I tried most things out on the market...but STILL my headlights look condensated. Its the outside. Does anyone know what will Definately remove this thing? Thanks

What do you mean "condensated" lol? Is there actually water or not? If it's just on the outer lens and it looks hazy, then most likely it's oxidized and just needs to be repolished. The simplest way is to get some Meguairs ScratchX from walmart and polish by hand. It won't get it back to like new condition, but it will get rid of most of the hazy look.

Personally, I use a electric polisher and about 6 different types of polishing compounds to get the lens back to like new condition.
